This is a podcast for gifted adults — a space for them to explore their inner lives. It’s for those recognize themselves in what they understand giftedness to be, and who are now asking:

“So… what now?”

Through our conversation, I hope to offer listeners:

🎧 What to Expect

Our conversation will be relaxed and real — more like two humans exploring something meaningful than a formal interview. I’ll make space to highlight your expertise, your story, or whatever feels most alive for you.

We’ll record using Ecamm (you’ll get a link to the virtual studio via email).
It’s both audio and video, so please be camera-ready.

I always schedule 90 minutes for interviews, but there’s no pressure to use the full time. If you have a hard stop, just let me know before we begin — I want this to work for you.

Please check your tech setup in advance — good lighting, sound, and a solid connection go a long way. I may offer a few friendly tips once we’re in the virtual studio to help match sound and appearance.

After we record, I’ll share the episode through the Gifted & Grown Up newsletter and social media.
You’re welcome to promote it or repurpose the content however you’d like — no pressure either way.

I agree to participate as a guest on Gifted & Grown Up Podcast, produced by Domino 2 Technologies, LLC (“Producer”).

By participating in this program, I understand and agree to the following:

Ownership & Use
I grant Producer all rights to record, edit, use, distribute, and promote the audio and video recordings of my appearance. This includes the right to reproduce my voice, name, likeness, and performance in connection with The 'G' Word Podcast (“the Program”), in any and all media formats, worldwide, in perpetuity. These recordings and related materials are considered “work(s)-made-for-hire” under U.S. copyright law and are the exclusive property of Producer.

Compensation
I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for my appearance on the Program.

Editorial Control
I waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final version of the Program or any promotional materials.

Promotional Use
My name, likeness, and bio may be used in connection with the promotion of the Program. This use does not constitute an endorsement of any unrelated product or service.

No Obligation
Producer is under no obligation to use or publish the recording or any materials from the Program.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Producer, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use of the Program.

Legal Age & Capacity
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, legally competent to enter into this agreement, and not restricted by any other agreement that would prevent me from granting these rights.

I understand that Producer is relying on this agreement and will incur expenses in the creation of the Program. I agree not to bring any legal claims against Producer related to the rights granted in this release.

I believe these conversations matter — not just for giftedness in general, but for gifted adults specifically.

Even after years of studying human potential and doing deep personal work, it still took me far too long to stumble across the idea of giftedness in adulthood. And once I did, I found that there just aren’t enough resources and voices out there for us.

That’s why I started the Gifted & Grown Up podcast — to add to the conversation that people like you are already helping lead.

I’m not here to reinvent anything. I’m here to contribute. To build on what’s already being said. To create one more doorway for someone to recognize themselves — and find the tools, language, and belonging they didn’t know they were missing.
