This Referral Partner Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Institute for Human Progress and Development (“Company”), and You (“Referral Partner”).

Purpose:

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions of the referral partner program (“Program”) between the Company and the Referral Partner. The Program is intended to drive sales, generate leads, and promote brand awareness for the Company’s coaching services and events.

Commission Structure:

The Referral Partner will receive a commission of 10% on coaching services for the lifetime of the client, for all referrals that result in a sale. For secondary referrals, the Referral Partner will receive a commission of 5% on coaching services for the lifetime of the client. Referral Partners who are Gay Men’s Forum hosts will receive 50% of general admission tickets, plus 10% of all coaching programs. All commission payments assume that the contact was not already in the Company’s database.

Eligibility Criteria Referral:

Partners must have a website, email database, and social media presence in order to participate in the Program.

Referral Process:

Tracking will be done via the Company’s technology. Each Referral Partner will receive a unique code that will track their links. The Company will maintain all tracking.

Commission Payments: Commission payments will be made via Venmo once per quarter unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company and the Referral Partner.

Confidentiality:

The Company does not sell information about its customers or their referrals and protects their privacy.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If the Company terminates this Agreement for cause, no additional payments will be made to the Referral Partner.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, or understandings.

Signatures:

This Agreement shall be effective as of the date the Referral Partner signs up on the Company’s website, which indicates their signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
